Went for wedding dress, consultant was helpful during fittings. Clearly knew our budget because we told her several times. She lied to us about to price of the dress she said "this dress is $25 over your budget is that okay? We can also work out a deal!" When we went to check out, the dress was $200 not $25 over budget not including sales tax. Consultant acted like she had no clue. After a small "battle" manager gave us dress at budget price. Booked an appointment for bridesmaids dresses. My sister is getting married in October this year. Once our consultant,unfortunately I cant remember her name, came to introduce herself we decided to check out the dresses. We didn't have a particular dress in mind just knew that the bride wanted long dresses in black. We showed her several dresses on a chart on the wall and then she took our measurements. Nice shop but staff there are not nice, if you're budget is low they will keep you waiting and almost ignore you.
They were rude, disrespectful to my family and treated us as if we did not belong because we didn't make an appointment. Cash in hand to buy/ order dresses they were awful. When the attendee was so condescending on the third interaction we left. But then when my daughter wrote a complaint, I was appalled to see the corporate response clearly did not read the complaint as requested information was contained in the complaint. Avoid Davids Bridal on Military highway like the plague. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. We walked in to look around and the older women at the entrance proceeded to act like we were some disgusting people and that we did not belong there. I would never recommend this store to anyone. When we went for a bridemaids appointment, they lost our appointment and had to "squeeze us in." The lady helping us was nice, however she continued to remind us that she was helping multiple other brides and wouldn't be able to dedicate much of her attention to us. I booked a 330 appointment today and after spending over an hour waiting to get the dress brought to the dressing room which I had to ask even to get a dressing room, I was told that the item is discontinued and cannot be ordered. Making an appointment there makes no difference at all. I sat for almost 30 minutes and a half zip dress while they went to go retrieve another that I had to remind them about. When I finally got the opportunity to check out I checked out with manager who said so sorry Saturdays were busy.

Went in to pick out bridesmaid dresses with the bride and picked out some from online with one price tried them on in a very crowded area hardly no elbow room dresses were nice when we got to the register took forever to pay an when we got up there we were told a completely higher price than what was online and what the consultant said the price would be need less to say when I get married I wouldn't be going back there

Sales associate was great, but the inventory was lacking. The atmosphere of the location itself was terrible. Not at all the experience I thought I'd having trying Wedding dresses for the first time.
