I went in to look at bridesmaid dresses with my girls. The lady didn't listen to anything I had to say and rushed us out. When it was time for my girls to order their dresses, the lady didn't listen to when my bridesmaid kept making sure she was ordering the right dress. And of course the davids bridal lady ordered the wrong bridesmaid dresses. Worse place ever.

I had an appointment and still waited 30 mins before I was seen, they finally saw my bridal party and forgot that I needed to find a dress as well....

Went to davids to show my mom the dress I fell in love with in Dallas, TX and they wouldn't even pull it for me. I'm never buying from them again. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. My mom did not get to see me in a gown that I was about to spend $2000 on! Apparently their walk-in customers aren't important to them. They need training on customer service BIG TIME. I've been in management, hiring and training for many years and have never been treated with such disrespect.

Not very impressed... This was wedding dress shopping for my future daughter-in-law and found it to be a poor selection (she's been there twice now) Dresser made us feel we were asking for an act of God to get a dress off the mannequin that was a better fit (she's a size (0-2) they kept putting her in sz. 10's. most of the bridal party was under the weather with colds etc. but, kept the appt. The WORST customer service that I have EVER SEEN. I received a dress via mail with a CIGARETTE BURN MARK on it...almost 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from DAY 1, so that I can find out how to get this issue rectified. I have called over ten times...leaving messages each time. I have sent a total of four emails...NO RESPONSE. I'm speechless at the unprofessionalism of this company, after spending hundreds of dollars here. I've been here twice to assist a bride as a bridesmaid. Most recently was in the summer of 2013. You are ignored by most of the staff and have to flag down a consultant when you need her. No tours of the store are given and they don't tell you how the dresses are organized. At other stores you get to ring a bell and celebrate with the staff. Here they can't take your visa fast enough while they shove you out the door. When I came back with the bride for a second shopping trip we waited over an hour just to try on one dress. ... read more
