I really loved the bridal consultant that helped me. Shelby was super supportive, friendly and went out of her way to try and find a dress that I saw online and wanted to try. She was very encouraging and she actually predicted that one of the dresses I pulled I would not only love, but it could possibly be the one. And it was! I went in for an appointment yesterday and had such an incredible experience! My consultant Debbie was amazing... she took me through ALL the dresses explaining each one with style, fabric, beading etc. I was able to say yes no or maybe! She then took me into room 17 and the hunt for the one started. Never did it feel awkward or anything, she asked me all about my Fiancé and Bridal party, we talked about our jobs and shared many laughs. Great time today picking out a matron-of-honor dress for my niece's wedding. Staff was very helpful and professional. I was in & out within 40 minutes, including ordering & paying for a beautiful gown at a great price. I'd definitely recommend David's Bridal!

You know, I was initially wary about the appointment. I know technically they're a bridal store but I also know more people who got their prom dresses there rather than anything else. But, I was going to be in the area anyway, so I figured I would stop by and try some stuff on. What can it hurt right? Well, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The consultant was great. I have been fortunate to have Kristin as a helper for both my wedding dress & my bridesmaids dresses! Kristin is so nice, personable, helpful & attentive! I would ask for her everyone if I ever need to go there. Besides that, Davids Bridal in West Springfield, MA has many options & the store seems clean.

I went to this David's bridal location with my soon to be mother and aunt in-law. We were immediately greeted by the employees and Emily Russo and another Emily were the ones that helped me for my appointment. They were both so friendly and helpful! As I tried on dresses they grabbed more for me based on what I liked and didn't and helped me to narrow down the choices. They really helped to make the whole experience fun and easy and I love my dress! Thank you so much!
