I had no problems with my experience with David's Bridal in West Springfield, MA. The consultant was attentative and friendly. I thought the quality overall was good in the gowns. I did find my perfect dress. I do have to say the one thing I was disappointed about was that not many dresses come in white anymore, only ivory so it limited my selection. Not only that I wish they carried more white samples in the store. Overall I'm very happy and I'm just waiting for my dress to come in.
My personal consultant was so helpful and super nice to be with! She brought me all of the dresses I had in mind and definitely knew what I liked and didn’t like!! Highly recommend to go there for your bridal dress and bridal party dresses!
What I learned yesterday from my appointment its being a bridal consultant is not an easy job and I truly lucked out with mine. I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Kelly. She was so patient with me. She helped me find the right dress. I was going for ball gown and wasn't liking the way I looked in it, she pulled a more silhouette mermaid type gown for me and had talked me into just trying it on.
