Selection of dresses was great. The consultant was very inattentive. It felt as though once she knew that I was looking for a reception dress rather than a pricey Bridal dress she didn't pay much attention to me. Luckily I had fabulous friends with me who helped me through!
Finding the dress was easy and fast. Deborah was very helpful. Having my alteration appointment I found out that the dress was already a little ripped in s couple spots. That's not good and should have been checked by the stuff before purchasing the dress. Also I didn't get the discount on my shoes that I bought with the dress. I found out about the discount after buying the dress. That was a little unpleasant.
was very disappointed when i went in on Sunday the male manager that was working had a bunch of attitude and showed no interest in helping any customers, was to busy talking to other people in the front of the store doing nothing ! wouldn't recommend !!!!!!!!
I posted a positive review earlier in the week. BUT We went back to have the dress altered . The ladies restroom was still dirty with no hand soap, as there had been none three days before either. The Alterations’s room was dirty with a dirty floor and they told us they could not do anything that they told us Sunday when we were buying the dress which would make it fit my daughter. We were both holding back tears.

Buying the dress was made very simple. Going in to have the dress hemmed was awesome. I was only in there I half an hour and the woman was quick and efficient.
