Selection of dresses was great. The consultant was very inattentive. It felt as though once she knew that I was looking for a reception dress rather than a pricey Bridal dress she didn't pay much attention to me. Luckily I had fabulous friends with me who helped me through!

I had to get a dress for a wedding with 2 days notice and as always the ladies working went above and beyond to find me beautifully colored dresses. I tried on 7 dresses atleast before picking one. I appreciated their patience, insight and helpfulness!
The manager is awesome and the staff are very friendly
The staff at the store was super helpful, I was able to find the perfect dress for my niece wedding. Kaitlin, Shanice and Carlos thanks for your help. Shanice thank you for help me for almost two hours. And making sure I had everything I needed .David’s Bridal store at West Springfield,MA the staff is incredible.🙌🙌
