My stylist was amazing! The store overbooked and she had 3 clients at once and still provided great service. I’m having a destination wedding and there were no dresses really geared toward that, so we thought outside the box and I ended up with this amazing special occasion dress that fit everything I was looking for, and it was WAY below my budget! I hope the shop gets more dresses for destination weddings and figures out their booking issues! However Amy pulled it together and I am extremely happy!
I had such a wonderful experience at the W. Springfield David’s Bridal thanks to Debbie. This was the first store I started my search with and Debbie made the experience unforgettable. She was attentive, not overwhelming in the least and knew exactly what I was looking for. She had me try on all styles of dresses which helped narrow down what I wanted. She was sincere and reallllly cared about how I felt in the dresses- she was basically a mind reader. I could go on! Would highly recommend!

Start to finish, David's was a great experience for me. I did not have an appointment and arrived on a busy Saturday. I am in my 50's and was assigned a young woman (sorry I don't remember her name...) I was skeptical that she could anticipate my needs, but she was TERRIFIC. Lots of options and the prices were terrific. Alterations were done quickly and professionally, but did seem a bit expensive. Highly recommend.
I admit, that when I made the appointment, I was nervous that I wouldn't find a dress that I'd love, or that I wouldn't get that 1-on-1 "bridal boutique" experience. Coming from a family that mostly consists of males, and with a grandmother that handmade all of the women in our family's dresses (she's unfortunately no longer with us), this whole shopping experience was new territory for me and my family.
