Today was a great experience with Joan and Jennifer. This was my alterations appointment for my Mother of the Groom Gown. They were both so kind, patient and listened to my concerns. I shared the anxiety I had as my experience almost 35 years earlier with my Bridal gown left me with post traumatic stress disorder. My experience with Alecia was great! She provided me with the necessary assistance I required to obtain the perfect dress for the wedding I am in. I will be coming back to get my dress fitted as well! The store manager was also such a big help in my fitting today.
We had a problem with my daughters dress. It was made incorrectly. Two different sizes sewn together! So you are probably wondering why I have given them 5 stars. The 5 star rating is being given because of the person who helped me and worked consistently and diligently to help me.
