My mom and I went here to find me my dream wedding dress. My stylist Sharon was awesome!! She was very helpful and patience!! After trying in some dresses I finally found the one!! Thank you so much Sharon for all of your help!!
My experience was amazing !! Joan Heron is a true professional!! As well as the girl that was working alongside of her. I felt comfortable and assured that my wedding gown will fit well !! Even though it was a busy day for Joan she was kind and enthusiastic and Knowledgeable and really made me feel like I was her only customer for the day. My experience was the worst, went there found my dress n was happy bt when the dress came back it was a size 18 when I try on a size 12 I say to her size 14 will be find bt they did not had a size 14 for me to try on at that time , so I say to order a size 14 for me that I will only need major alturation , when my dress came I was so upset to see how big it was I had no help in the store I have to pick my dress n run out of there n taken it to a other store for help in long island city.
I had a great experience with Cynthia Amber and Jocelyn at the Westbury store, they were all extremely accommodating and super nice to work with !!
Alteration and overall customer service for my bridal gown was great! Process was seamless and everyone was easy to work with.
I was very well taken care of at David's Bridal for my wedding dress fitting. Sholeh expertly handled the situation and made me feel very confident that my dress will turn out beautifully and fit me well. Its a busy place, so make sure for all other brides that you could at least two months in advance to get your dress altered.
The alteration service was great! The staff made you feel welcome and valued the customer opinion. There was no wait at all as i was seen at my schedule fitting time. Overall it was a great experience!
From picking out my dress in one day to the professionalism of the seamstress, I was totally amazed by the high quality of customer service within a short amount of time. I truly appreciate everything that David’s bridal in westbury has done for my big day. Thank you
