I ordered a dress back in winter. dress finally came in a week ago or more. I told then I was happy, and I'd be making an alterations appt. I had lots of events, vacations and their schedule to figure out. one day I got a voice-mail from store manager to CAll back. I called back and they asked for my address to send the dress to my house. mind you I live like 80 miles from this store. it wasn't like I can swing by and get it. The worst experience a bride could have. I picked my dress out in February for my June wedding. Set up for my fitting. Two days before one of the locations told me they couldn’t do my fitting and they were sorry, here’s a list of locations. Found this location, 45 mins from my house. Set up an appointment with a “guaranteed” turnaround of 4 weeks. I don’t recommend the one in Westminster We have ordered my daughter dress almost a month ago. Told me I could pick it up on May 5th 2022 went to get it and they had it but I couldn’t take it cause it had to be processed. So I call the next day and now I have to wait another 3days. The girl said they are short staffed and hasn’t been processed like they said it would be. Not my problem with staffing don’t promise a customer something and then can’t follow through. keep appointments. I had a appointment on Sunday. I was not even greeted. never met my attendant. no help at all. just told go ahead and look. the dresses were dated a d dirty. my mom n I left ..and nobody cared.. we even told them that the appointment time was over and nobody ever came greeted us nothing....I stood my the desk. I didn't miss my name..they just didn't keep the appointment. I will never go back! and plan on doing a review that reflects my experience. Sucked!!
my sister had the worst first time experience trying on wedding dresses! the little c u n ts were absolutely rude!! they were whispering about us! taking the dresses from us after only being there for 25min! made up multiple lies as to why were getting the boot! we went in so happy and polite and they completely ruined the whole experience we will not be back!!
Stay away from this store if at all possible. I had thr worst experience ever trying to buy a bridesmaid dress. Angela didn't even want to be bothered to help me find a dress in my size. The worst part aside from the horrible customer service experience is SHE STOLE MY CELL PHONE when I accidently left it in the dressing room. it wasn't until the cops were called that it mysteriously "showed up" in the bathroom, I place I never went into. our 1st time in was good well at least we thought it was my daughter found her dream dress so we paid it off come to find out it came in the wrong color n that it dont come in her color she wanted so we are 8 months away from our wedding n she had to get a whole new dress that comes in December 2 months before the wedding so I'm praying there is no more mistake
Horrid they are unprofessional rude and have no type of communication also their new way of trying to get issues solved through txting is extremely stupid like I just sat and had a whole conversation with a rep all for them to literally talk to me like I’m stupid I never felt so unhappy with a company as I do at this very moment I will never be go back here again!
