Made an appointment for my dress alterations and told the gal on the phone I had a bridesmaid coming to get a hem as well and she told me I only needed to make an appointment and she can come and get done as well. We showed up early cause thankfully not as much traffic as expected and I was done with my appointment in 15 min. I had the worst experience at this David's Bridal today. I made my appointment well in advance to come try on wedding dresses. I had a consultant named Madison who only asked me my budget and what I wanted, no specific style or vision. She was not helpful at all and only showed me dresses from a little book. My bridesmaids ended up doing all of the work, putting gowns away in their garment bags, getting dresses off of the floor that I could try on, and zipping me up. Ive been here several times in the past few weeks with my bridesmaids picking dresses and honestly - it's been awful every time. I'm regretting getting dresses here at all. The staff has been beyond unprofessional and rude each time. We had appointments each time, but our sales person left to help others (they were clearly spending more money than we were) and we were left to do our own shopping. Very rude employees I had a scheduled appointment the desk lady checked me in had me stand to the side then a group of 6 ladies with no appointment come walking in and the desk lady right away called someone to help them they ended up receiving service before me. I will never go back to this place again
Because I wasn't trying on the big white fluffy wedding dress. The young lady assigned to me made me feel like a second class citizen. There was no bride excitement from her at all.
Not friendly. Don't care about the bride or what she likes or wants. They just want to sell dresses.
