They will take your money and you'll never get your dress in time. Don't bother calling either, they'll put you on hold, then forget about you. They'll tell you they'll call you back, and then they never do. They really don't care if you get your dress at all. I can't believe it's 2 months before my wedding and I have to find a dress somewhere else. An absolute nightmare to deal with! Bride's to be stay away!

Both times I have been to David’s Bridal in Westminster, they have either ordered the wrong item, or I noticed they were about to order the wrong item and corrected it. I am absolutely furious that Shea (who I ordered my accessories through), ordered the wrong size Torsolette for me, even after I tried them on to verify the size, and repeatedly told her the size I needed. She ordered me one 8 sizes too small, and not even remotely close to my size. Trying to get ahold of customer service to get it fixed is also a disaster. I... read more

I am giving my experience two stars because it was mediocre at best. The woman who showed us the different dresses to try on was efficient and friendly but the entire experience was very impersonal. "Stylist" at David's Bridal is a loose term for sales person working on commission. The dress selection is alright, the dressing rooms are tiny and uncomfortable and packed together with other customers and there is no good place to really view the dress in its entirety. I’ve never taken the time to write a review, but this one is very important to me. A couple weeks ago I visited the Westminster David’s Bridal (DB) to have a dress altered. The dress is a $200 Ver Wang bridesmaids dress that I purchased from this DB location. Bought a dress a year ago. Never received. No refund or even store credit. I was advised to figure it out with corporate and UPS. What a joke. On top of that. When I ordered my wedding dress they did it in the wrong size. Worthless.

Not a bad experience but not really what I want for my wedding dress shopping experience. I had told an employee I would be in sometime later in the evening. They called me at 2:30 irritated that I was not there at 2. I told them once again I would be in later in the evening, when I arrived they were annoyed again that I was not there at 5. The consultant Mary Catherine (cathy) was more into helping the other bride than ours. We had to track her down numerous times. She was miffed that the bride's mom was in the dressing room with her but that was only because she could not dress herself in those garments and needed help. Either way she did not ask if she needed more help just started helping others in the store even though I saw 5 people walking around not with brides so it wasn't a busy time.
