Two terrible experiences here. 1. As a bridesmaid - I purchased my dress there and set up an appointment for alterations. I arrived for my appointment on time and was received with "alterations isn't here yet but I'll take you back so you can get changed into your dress". 20 minutes later I step out front to make sure they didn't forget I was there and was told someone from alterations will be right with you. My davids bridal experience was not the best. My bridal consultant didn't give me the feeling of she really wanted to help. She seemed like she had other things on her agenda. I didn't feel like she appreciated my business being there shopping for a dress. Plus I do not have a wedding date set I just wanted to go in and see what dresses would fit my body because I am so small. This place was HORRIBLE!!! Sandy the front desk lady yelled at us so the whole store could hear after we had already been in and tried dresses on, for not having a consultant there to help us! Instead of being a helpful Mature adult she treated us like children! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!! this was definitely not the way I wanted to be treated, embarrassed in front of the whole store, for my 1st dress shopping experience!

I absolutely love my wedding dress. I never thought finding a dress would be so fun. Very happy with my options as a bride. But for bridesmaids dresses...I must admit...very frustrated. They took forever to check us out. Had to swap bridesmaids dress because the one I chose was discontinued. That was never communicated to me. First impression. I walked into the store and Nobody greeted me at the welcome desk so I went about looking at dresses for about 45 minutes the store manager then found me and asked for me to go to the front to sign up. So i said sure and waited for a associate to be available to help me. A few associates were called to the front one after another was too busy . Service was terrible. Made a bridal appointment 1 month in advance for 2:30 on a Saturday. I understand Saturdays are much busier days, but I was not assisted by my consultant until after 3pm. Didn't get my first dress on until about 3:30 because she was helping with another bride, and kept forgetting to grab my slip for me.
