Not what I expected at all! Will not recommend this place to anyone. Basically when my dress came in they called and said I had to come in right away to get the dress, because they had no room to store it. Then when I went in they handed the dress and said by. Never offered me a chance to look at it, never said when to call make appointment for alterations. So I finally called went in and the women never introduced herself just told me stand their I will pin it. So rude alterations crew!

Went here for bridal alterations and had a horrible experience. My dress was a disaster and the people who work there were incredibly rude and unhelpful - they actually just walked away from me when I was saying I didn't like how my dress turned out. It wasn't until I was crying and my mom sternly spoke with someone that we got a little help. The most horrible place to work and most disgusted by their protocol on Patriots' Day in Boston where they had us calling brides who could not make it in. What a bunch of pricks

Came here with my daughter looking for a wedding dress. Got the worst sales associate ever who followed her own agenda, did not listen to what my daughter wanted, would go off to find accessories to a dress she didn't even want rather than offer her more dresses to try... Absolutely the WORST first experience ever ! If I could give a minus 5 it would be too generous...

We were not overly impressed. We went there to get my bridesmaids their dresses and after 2 hours of them trying on dresses, we went to order and 2 of the 4 dresses were not going to be in time for my wedding. We had an appointment in which you give your wedding date prior to the appointment. We could have saved a great deal of time had we been told certain dresses wouldn't come in certain color I wanted. We are hoping the dresses come in on time....

I got my bridesmaid dress from this location and it had a stain on it, that almost looked like a black sharpie mark. I noticed at the time of alteration measurements and I was ensured that it would be fixed by the time I came back to pick it up. When I picked it up it fit great, but the stain was still there. They tried everything that they could to get it off and nothing worked. The manager was great and did everything she could to fix the problem. Worst experience ever!...First of all scheduled an appointment 9:00 am (as they suggest) to meet with a stylist which I did on there online website for my daughters prom dress and they didn't have us on their schedule as they are having problems with online scheduling...ok took us anyways but not one person was friendly or happy about their job..everyone was just miserable..dress we were interested in had broken zipper...beads falling off..no other dresses in that style/color...they didn't even try to overly please us in any... read more
After a recent visit to Davids Bridal in Westwood I would NOT recommend this store to anyone at all. RUDE , RUDE, RUDE. Simply could not be bothered to assist in anyway I told not to look around that is not allowed , I should go on line and look ! After stating that it was difficult to get any idea viewing on line , I asked if they had a book.
