My consultant was double booked with a walk-in at the same time as my appointment. She seemed stressed and distracted. I felt ignored and like she didn't care about my needs at all. This was a HUGE disappointment as I took time out of my Sunday to travel 45 minutes to your store. We did not stay for the entire bridal appointment as the consultant disappeared and we just left since she wasn't helping us anyway.

After calling David’s Bridal I was advised to schedule an appointment to try on 5 bridesmaid dresses. I arrived early to my appointment on July 14, 2018. While walking to the fitting area with the consultant/stylist that was assigned to me and two of the dresses, she stopped to help a bride that was trying on a gown. If there was a 0 I would have chosen It. I went shopping for bridesmaid dresses with 3(yes only 3) girls. We had an idea of what we wanted but obviously were trying on different styles to see what would look good on who. I let my bridesmaids pick their style to fit their body types. When we got there, the lady “helping” us gave me an attitude because I wanted them to try on a blue and a green to see which I liked in person. Highly encourage you to look for your needs at another boutique... a poor experience in two separate locations, then I go to pick up our bridesmaids dresses and see white dots on the lace part of the stresses and the consultant says “ya we only see that happen in the color you chose”... ok so wouldn’t someone say something prior to us selecting that color as a heads up... I gave them all back and said needs to be fixed ASAP! Completely shocked but shouldn’t...

Worst experience ever!!! The consultant was very rude , not friendly , unprofessional. She didn’t offer to hang my dress, she didn’t offer to help me put my dress on . I had to ask her to help me and then she did and left the stall, came back to tell me they don’t sell bra’s in my size. Didn’t even offer to help me take my dress off just left the stall and didn’t come back until I was leaving at that time I told her I was pissed and very disappointed. Will never go back there again !!! So damm unprofessional
Our future daughter in law made an appointment at this shop because they were said to have one of the dresses on her “wish list”. We arrived on time and waited a good amount. When we had about dresses, our attendant was nowhere to be found and we had to look for her and finally have her called. She did a great job getting dresses but when our DIL found her dress and was ready to purchase with their great offer, it was denied and she was left without a dress and no explanation. Poor service and lousy offer is my opinion.

I arrived about 10 minutes early and the consultant that was suppose to help me didn’t even arrive yet. Which was fine, I assumed she’d be there for our appointment. 15 minutes after the appointment started she finally arrived. The other workers noticed myself and my mom just wandering around the floor and asked if someone was helping us yet because our consultant apparently showed up but never came to find us. 11/4/17-We were greeted great! Our daughter lives in Boston but getting marry in Miami. Our challenge was to get a dress during my business visit, accomplished! Debbie was 1/2 good, she started helping us, about 1/2 hr into our appointment, she started helping someone else. I was helping my daughter between dress, in, out n hanging.
