Horrific service. Rude consultant. Waited 45 mins for a scheduled appointment- because our consultant was and I quote "still On break". Pushing up sale items after being told twice bride wasn't interested. Brides mother had to ask for a clipped to adjust the fit of the dress- while this bride and her party had to watch another bride get much better service.
Me and my maid of honor did a walk in on a Saturday. They were much nicer when they were at the Dedham location. There was a man who "checked us in" who told us to browse and someone would be right with us. He disappeared no less than 5 min later and I didn't see him again in the 2 hours we were there. I already knew exactly what I was looking for and we pulled the dresses off the racks. Do NOT give this company your email address! They will sell it to spammers and you'll never get it to stop. David's used to send me 2 to 3 emails per day directly, but they thankfully let you opt out, however, by the time they do opt you out, they've already sold your email address and every few days you'll get an email from some different and shady wedding-type business. I was just in for an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. When I arrived I was scoffed at because the bride wasn't registered through you. Then, the associate that was supposed to help me (Susan) came to the front desk and instantly started arguing with the other associate because she claimed she was supposed to go home at 5 and the schedule said 6.
