We went to David’s Bridal by Towne East Saturday night (Feb 18th) around 6:00. Four employees were at the desk talking and didn’t notice us standing in front of them waiting to be helped. One of the gals finally noticed us. She guided us in the right direction for the bridesmaid dress, handed us the dress, and walked off. She did not offer to get us a dressing room so we had to stand there confused on what to do. Finally a worker from the back was nice enough to get us a room. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first time the ball got dropped and my dress was never ordered. Found that out after 5 weeks of waiting. The SECOND time in March they said it had to be made and it would be in at the end of June. Early June I called after waiting months and they totally CANCELLED my dress WITHOUT even telling me!! What kind of business is that??? Luckily I still have some time to go else where. But they’re a BRIDAL shop and cancel brides dresses with no reasoning?? Davids Bridal....Horrible...horrible service....Wichita location . 2 bridesmaids ordered dresses Jan 3 to be here April. Still not here. Wedding is May 23. Dresses still in warehouse. Told would be here in June. Ironic bridesmaids dresses ordered later out of OKC arrived in April. Do not order from Wichita. Now these 2 bridesmaids are stuck purchasing what they have in stock. Ones too small and not what she likes at all but stuck with. Who likes paying for stuff that doesn't fit and they don't like??? Worst experience ever?... read more
RecommendedWent yesterday afternoon to find my wedding dress. Cynthia was my stylist and even though it was pretty busy when we first arrived, she only focused on us. We were looking for the “cry factor” dress. Ya know, the dress you put on, look in the mirror, and just start crying because it’s perfect? THAT one. She was so patient and funny and just great to work with.
