I went back in to try on the dress that I had already paid for.... my mom was in town from another state and originally wasn't able to be there for the "yes to the dress" so i was excited to show her the dress with an appointed . The first time we went in, we went in for my bridesmaids dresses and Megan H was WONDERFUL. I made my appointment to find my wedding dress and I scheduled myself 2 hours (which they confirmed a few days before when they called me) with Megan H. When I got there Megan H was not available for my appointment anymore and it took them nearly 30 minutes passed my appointment time to even get me into a room and start trying on dresses. Went to David's bridal for my daughter's wedding dress. On Friday they called to confirm that she had an appt from 11am-1pm. Once they got someone to help her, we didn't get into the fitting room until 11:29am. At 12:03 we still had not picked a dress- the hostess Darby said to another employee someone is going to have to check them out, I have another appointment . Worst Davids Bridal experience ever!!! We used to have a Davids where I live but it closed down. Ours was wonderful! Unfortunately we had to drive an hour and a half to get to this Wichita location. Today we go back for the 5th and hopefully last trip considering my sisters wedding is next week! Between the cost of the two dresses, alterations, time off work, and gas back and forth we will be pushing the cost of bridal gowns not bridesmaids. The lady wasn't helpful at all. I came in with specific dresses to try on for my bridesmaids, but they didn't have them and it seems if you are not a bride then you are not as important. She just stood in the back the entire appointment and pointed to where the dresses were as I ran around and picked out the dresses. Then having a bridesmaid that is 6'2", I needed extra length. Worst experience ever. Terrible service. The girl just put random dresses on me even though I told her what I wanted. She then proceeded to put a crown on me each time even though I said I did not want. I left upset. Luckily I went to the dress gallery after that and found a gorgeous dress and had a great experience. And I spent more money because of the experience. David's bridal shower loss. DONT GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!
Went in and a girl named Jill turner slipped my fiancé her number, and was rude and zero help. So unprofessional.
