My fiancé bought a dress from the Wichita, KS location and was told she gets a free alteration. When she called to find out how to book it she was told that an alteration on her $500 dress would be approximately $300, which is over 1/2 the price of her dress. Why? If this is how you run a business, I will not be referring anyone to your business.

When a bride comes in to find her dream dress, but ends up being a burden to the sick lead consultant it becomes quite irritating . Not to mention the fact of the obvious chaos, and over booking. When you can’t even look at a dress without 10 people walking in front of you ! Definitely not a place I would choose to spend my money!

Went here this last weekend with my daughter & her bridesmaids to look for bridesmaids dresses. Worst experience ever! & we have been to multiple wedding shops. The girl (Tori) who was "helping" us had a terribly negative attitude, which upset the bride very much!! I have been here twice now, the first time I accompanied my sister as she tried on bridal gowns and the second time for bridemaid dresses. Both experiences were terrible. The employees were rude not only to each other but us as customers. The trying on area was so compact you could hardly get a look in the mirror and were constantly bumping elbows with other customers.

I'm beyond frustrated!!! I bought a dress in there a few weeks ago and was waiting to purchase the ball slip gown and the corset til I had the funds. I was so excited to try dresses on yesterday. Once I told her my budget. Her attitude changed! She was very rude. I felt like this was a chore for her. She kept picking stuff over my price range. I am absolutely pleased with my dress it's beautiful but I personally think the price for getting it altered was a little ridiculous. Should have taken it somewhere else.
