I made an appointment with the alterations department at the Newark, DE location. I arrived exactly at my scheduled time which was shortly after the store opened and was told there was an hour wait for me to be seen. I asked what is the point of making an appointment and was informed that a later appointment showed up early so now I have to wait until they’re finished. The customer service was horrible. The greeters up front huddled together and perpetrated as if they were about to help me. One woman walked away and the others ignored me. This was after I was given the number to online customer service who were closed! I will never spend money there again and will persuade others who ask for recommendations not to also! Horrible Customer Service.

I purchased 2 flower girl dresses for my daughters, they are unworn and in the bags with the tags still on. The wedding was called off and the store will not let me return the dresses because it is out of the 7 day window they give for returns.
