Our consult was very nice even though They were very busy. I was really mad I found the dress i wanted and can't get it since the girl had down the wrong wedding date and it wouldn't come in in time for my wedding!!!! I even confirmed the date when I walked in. She never asked my budget until I was like I'm not trying this dress on its way over my budget. I have been to Other David’s Bridal’s before but I’ve never seen it so busy. They over book the consultants. Why do you have a consultants working with brides and a mom of the groom at the same time. It really takes away from the brides experience. Also my consultant while she was very nice and asked a lot of question’s she never asked the most important question; my budget. She had me looking in dress that was $500-$800 over my budget! While I did find my dress, I will not be returning to David’s Bridal for any of the brida... read more

Although we were treated well by our “stylist” Shamyka, courteous and very helpful, the place was packed to the max and although we had an appointment this store was chaotic. We really had a tough experience due to the traffic going through the area where we tried on dresses, not enough chairs for us, dressing room too small for the larger gowns and uncomfortable. Unorganized running back and forth of stylist interrupting out fitting walk area, overall not such a good experience. Overbooking and stressed employees is bad fo... read more

I've had two bad experiences with David's Bridal. I paid 27.00 for priority shipping (2days) Only to be told by their associate. Well two days don't mean two days. Sometimes it takes three days to process a order. Then why the eff would I pay for it. I could wit for regular mail. Since it took five days get here anyways. He never offered to return my 27.00 since I never received it in the time I PAID for. I will NEVER SHOP OR ORDER FROM DAVID'S BRIDAL EVER AGAIN.!

We had a bad experience here. We had an appointment for 4pm. They called and told us to come when ever we wanted to. We got there at 4pm and were told we could only look at certain dresses. When we got a fitting room the lady that was supposed to be helping us was busy with someone else and we were passed off onto someone else with out even being told. Then when they finally got our bride to be in a dress they left us and her in the dress for 15-20 min before the new person came back to check on the bride to be. We had to fl... read more

Did not have a single dress in store that I saved in my favorites. Was given dresses to try on, I was not able to browse through the show room.

I was honestly disappointed in my alterations. I bought my dress from Davids bridal and had an alterations appointment this past July 1. I was told my dress would be ready to pick up July 28th. I went with my family to try on my dress after alterations. The alterations were not done correctly. After alteration, the chest area of my dress buckled in the center of my chest and the back had to be re altered because it still did not fit right. Walked into just to look around and price dresses. NOT ONE sales person in the building acknowledged me. There was a sales person at the register looking at receipts or such. Another one was at the front table, using white out to correct pages in a note book. I walked by 2 sales people that looked right past me. I was in the store for 20 minutes and no one said anything BUT when I proceeded to the door, a sales person told me to " have a good night." This store is a joke. Terrible customer service!!! I will not be back!

My daughter's consultant was Keisha. She was perfect! She was so helpful, never rushed us, even went back and brought out other dresses with ideas. Our bride tried a few multiple times and Keisha was warm, friendly and accommodating. The one negative was the absolute chaos going on around us. People brought young children that they left to terrorize everyone one else -- I don't blame the kids -- they were left unsupervised for close to two hours so they did whatever (wrestling, stepping on wedding gowns, rolling in the floor... read more
