Okay so David’s was the first place I went for my wedding dress. I found the most beautiful dress and the consultant (I’m so sorry but I forgot her name) was fantastic! She was helpful but not pushy and I walked away from this appointment very happy and with the dress of my dreams. Fast forward to my appointment for my bridesmaids dresses. The customer service I got when taking my dress back to Davids Bridal to be preserved was disgusting. First of all, the chick they had working the desk was a jerk. Every question I had about when my dress would go out and when it would be back ect, was ¨I don´t know, I don´t know.¨ Moving on, I give her my dress and she literally balls it up like a wet towel and shoves it in the plastic bag. Excuse me??? I spent $1000 on that dress and it means something to me and THAT´s how you treat it?? So then she give me my paperwork ... read more

I used David’s Bridal for my wedding over 20 years ago & was extremely happy with everything. I probably spend approximately between $1,000.00-$4,000 every year since my 2 daughters hit H.S. From prom dresses, Communion dresses, ball gowns, etc... I have noticed their costumer service has declined over the years. Maybe they save all their sweetness for the bridal parties. My first appointment with David Bridal was AMAZING. I was so impressed, the girls were so friendly and helpful! My second appointment was for my flower girls, where i was just shown my changing rooms and i never seen the worker again til i wanted to order my dresses (which i had to wait at the counter for. Lastly, i just had my appointment to pick up my wedding dress. The ladies handed me my dress (no undergarments even though i asked for them) and showed me my room. From the first day too the last this store has left me so frustrated and my dress was never the way I had wanted it for my wedding day. Very crowded and under catered too when looking for dresses whether it was for me or my bridesmaids. When I was in the process of getting my dress altered the lady who appeared to be the main seamstress ( or at least the only one who was helpful at later hours, usually helping multiple people at once because she was the only one capable ) told me that I could get my bra altered with some fab... read more

Alterations was just full of rude people and they were no help on fixing my wedding dress for me.

If I could rate less I would! Here is my story If your looking for any type of dress, I highly recommend going to this David’s bridal. All the ladies start from the lady that greeted you at the door all the way to Ms. Yvonne ( my consulted). Here is my story I went to a David’s bridal inWilmington, Delaware in January.
