This store really needs help. They are understaffed and even when calling ahead to book my appointment- they did not have the alterations person on site. Manager didn’t show up till 11. But the thing most infuriating is the 7 day return policy. The 7 days starts from time of order so even if your dress hasn’t arrived they won’t give money back (or just store credit). Was told it’s corporates policy. Very clear David’s bridal only concerned w making money and screwing people over w a policy like that. Will never ever use this... read more

Evan was an amazing stylist, he was absolutely fantastic. He was patient and only positive vibes.
I went into David’s Bridal to find a dress and I didn’t see anything that I liked . I seen this really cute pink jacket on the bottom rack hidden to the back. I went over and seen it was a cute kids jacket. I had to get it for my daughter . Jacki and Evan helped me as I wasn’t so sure if I should get it. They reassured me it was cute to get. Turned out the jacket was on sale and because I signed up to become a bridal member I saved an extra 10%.
Bianca was a dream to work with! It was my first time trying on bridal gowns and she helped me narrow down my style while making me feel at ease. Her upbeat attitude and humor were infectious. I hope every bride feels this great after their first fitting!
