Cynthia R service was phenomenal. Bride and her entourage was very discouraged after visiting more than 1 David's Bridal location.. Cynthia was excellent. She easily reminded the bride the joy in finding her dream dress. The bride had the biggest and most beautiful smile since the dress shopping process started and she said YES to the dress. Cynthia made this experience one that we will fondly remember.
