I had a wonderful experience with Joanna. She was attentive, patient and thorough in problem solving. I was a nervous nelly when faced with no time to find an appropriate dress. She was quick to find exactly what I needed in a very short time period along with quickly scheduling me in for alterations. Joanna was phenomenal a true life saver and she cares about her customers. Bravo! Employee. Will always shop there because of Joanna.
JoAnna is the absolute BEST!!! I went in not really knowing what style I wanted but she helped me narrow it down. She also explained the whole process from ordering to alterations since I have a really close cut time line of my wedding in February 2020! Can’t wait to go back and finalize things!
Did not expect the whole process would go that easy : JoAnna definitely got all the credits! She has such a great sense of what would fit me while listening to me patiently and meeting all my concerns and plans. On top of it, she was so genuinely giving her thoughts when it came to the final decisions as well as some extra touches from accessories that just made me feel extra comfortable and confident. The whole store also has much more impressive collections than I originally expected. Thank you again, JoAnna!
