I thought I had nailed down the ideal dress for my big day. I had it fitted and was awestruck by how beautiful it fitted. However Tracey recommended that I try at least one other dress to make a comparison, which I did. Immediately I knew that was the dress fro me. Tracey was very patient and knowledgeable about her job. She offered suggestions for co-ordination and I left the store feeling happy with my choice and the service I received. I would recommend Tracey to anyone who decides to visit David's Bridal.

After identifying the wedding dress of my dream, I was told that my size would not come in until after a month of my wedding. Joanna quickly stepped up to alleviate my fears. With her professionalism and knowledge of her job, she reassured me about another option with the same dress. She made a phone call and sent emails immediately to have the situation expedited. I was glad to have Joanna's help in choosing a bridesmaid dress. I went in with specific dresses I wanted to try based on browsing online. Joanna located the dresses very quickly and provided great assistance throughout the trying-on process. She also answered all my questions about the dresses and about ordering in general, and I appreciate how efficient the visit was.

I went into Davids Bridal with no clue at all, but I did know what I wanted. I got to the front An they asked how can we help you so I began to explain that my wedding is in October An I need a dress. Great experience buying my wedding dress. Mrs. Cynthia was the best and a great help. I got the perfect wedding dress thanks to her. She helped me find different dresses within my budget. If you go to the David’s bridal in Yonkers ask for Cynthia.

JoAnna exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. I made my first appointment on February 23, 2019 to explore ideas for my wedding in August of this year.
