Cheyenne is awful. She convinced me that the bunching in my dress was due to undergarments. She rushed us through not only my bridal appointment, but for the appointment we had immediately after for my bridesmaids. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks later at my alterations appointment, and I come to find that my dress simply just does not fit. The lady that helped me during alterations was amazing (And I apologize that I cannot remember her name to give her credit). I had a very unusual situation of being a nursing momma and a bridesmaid, and everyone was very helpful in being creative to find a dress that worked for me and to alter it so it is perfect for what I need!

The woman fron the alterations department was fantastic. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost to get my dress altered was VERY steep though.
I thought Amber understood exactly what I wanted and she delivered! Nice selection.
Everyone was great and got us everything we wanted!!
