Cheyenne is awful. She convinced me that the bunching in my dress was due to undergarments. She rushed us through not only my bridal appointment, but for the appointment we had immediately after for my bridesmaids. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks later at my alterations appointment, and I come to find that my dress simply just does not fit. The woman fron the alterations department was fantastic. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost to get my dress altered was VERY steep though.
