I'm so happy I found the dress of my dreams - even though it's not remotely what I had envisioned I wanted! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful!! Kudos to everyone there!!

I'm a pretty happy person. Even if I'm displeased I'd NEVER let it show. My attendant took very little care of us. I actually had to step in and go find dresses for my daughters because she was so busy with prom dress shoppers. My girls and I were so easy going and fun, but I was discouraged by the level of customer service I got from our attendant. Called to see if they had a specific style that I could try on. I gave the style number and they said yes and they had it in my size. I drove 30 minutes to get there to find out, they did not have the dress.

Stephanie D did an amazing job helping me find the perfect dress. Didn't pressure me or try to sell me on something that I wasn't sure of. This really made me feel so comfortable. There were several dresses I wouldn't have thought about trying on, but I was glad she helped me think outside the box because it eventually brought me to my final choice.
