I'm so happy I found the dress of my dreams - even though it's not remotely what I had envisioned I wanted! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful!! Kudos to everyone there!!

I'm a pretty happy person. Even if I'm displeased I'd NEVER let it show. My attendant took very little care of us. I actually had to step in and go find dresses for my daughters because she was so busy with prom dress shoppers. My girls and I were so easy going and fun, but I was discouraged by the level of customer service I got from our attendant. Christina was very helpful. It was a quick and easy process to get me into a bridesmaid dress in the right color.
Called to see if they had a specific style that I could try on. I gave the style number and they said yes and they had it in my size. I drove 30 minutes to get there to find out, they did not have the dress.
Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend my friends to come in to find their dresses!
Stephanie D did an amazing job helping me find the perfect dress. Didn't pressure me or try to sell me on something that I wasn't sure of. This really made me feel so comfortable. There were several dresses I wouldn't have thought about trying on, but I was glad she helped me think outside the box because it eventually brought me to my final choice. Anita was super nice and really paid attention to my preferences when pulling Gowns for me. She was also very patient when I wanted to put the same dresses back on (for a second or third time) as well.
Staff was very professional and so helpful!!! Made my dress shopping experience so amazing!!
