I gave payment for predevelopment at a Black Friday discount, which supposedly expired and was charged $100 more. ******* declined my payment and I requested the agent to not process my payment again. They ran it anyways saying that prevelopment had already started. According to reviews, predevelopment never starts right away. I cannot find any other numbers to call regarding this except for this agent- *******

I paid for an idea to be developed through the Davison company invention land in ********** ************ they have not followed through with anything they have done nothing but give me the runaround. They came up with a really good rendering and then they took it and destroyed it. They take dreams and crushed them. They take your money and spend it on themselves. They literally stole all my money. They have you sign this agreement that you are going be paying in installments to get to these specific phases. If you decide to opt out, they just keep all your money youve paid regardless of any progress being made for finishing that specific phase. They got 1000s of dollars from me for basically doing nothing. Davison Design & Development is full of hot air: its failure to set and respect deadlines, its customers times and money, and usurping its customers creativity as theirs, make one wonders why its permitted to call itself a business; notwithstanding, it is a family business, set back in the days where snail mail prevail. This has to be the WORST company on the planet!!! I gave them $10,000, they took my money, said "we're working on finding a company to make it." That's the LAST thing I heard from them. I've emailed them, called and left messages..NOTHING! The ONLY reason they are STILL in business is because people like me see their "great website" and think-"Oh, they must be legit". WRONG!!! Davison design and development would not settle out a client concern in a professional manner. Didnt complete the contract. Misrepresented their services, breaches the contract and had absolutely no good faith toward client integrity. They defeated the purpose of their services by a multitude of omissions and negligence. They frauded me and even after complaints with the attorney general they still denied their under performing on the contract.

I have paid over $10,000 for a invention idea I have and they've done the patent and we're still fighting over the rendering and that's only the first $895 that I paid it's supposed to be done with I gave 9 more thousand dollars for it and we're still fighting about the rendering so I just finally said after almost a year just give me my money back no reply
