If it were possible to give zero or even negative stars, we would. Over $19K sent from us to them to start a design process, and we haven't heard back from them in OVER A YEAR!! Very very disappointing and financially distressing to our family. How can we get any type of refund???
This company has been misleading me right after they received my $$ then the follow *** stops no answers after several attempts then all of a sudden my contact person no longer works there. I have put in over ****** with no real results and in writing I was told they wouldnt need any more $$ from me however the last 2 times I have spoke with them oh we need more but they are not producing anything. I need my $$. I'm sure I can research and find a legit company to help me with my invention.
DO NOT WORK WITH DAVISON. *************************************************************************************************** in 2008, the government agency who's tasked with protecting American consumers, the ************************ (***), sued Davison and they had to pay $10 million dollars in a settlement. I am writing to formally file a complaint against Davison Innovation. I am requesting a refund of at least 90% of the total amount I paid, which is $8,815. This company does not fulfill anything it promised. I provided $10,000 for the development of my design after a conversation with *****************************, and I advise NO ONE to allow him to manage your account. He told me the estimated time it would take (6 months) and that my wishes would be taken into account and be responded to. None of that happened. This company is a ripoff. I paid this company almost $10,000 and when everything was done and said they were supposed to mail me my sample to show me my product that they had made. They claim they mailed it through ****** They had my address Right, but they didnt put my apartment number on there and in the past whenever they would send me something from the company they always have my address and apartment number so they did that on purpose. This company called me to get my product to 45 companies they claimed they had lined up to offer licensing deals for new innovative product. They instill fear in that if you don’t move on it. It could blow your chances of wealth and success. So paying them off and getting your product to the market was important. Davison designs is a horrible corporation. All they did was take my money. They did nothing to help me get my invention off the ground. I am a single mother and they did not give a c*** that I was giving money to them. from my paycheck which I living paycheck to paycheck. They promised me that this was gonna go forward. And it was a great invention. They did nothing to help me.
