Dawn and her amazing team are the best! This is our 8th house to buy and we never had it so easy. They made sure everything went smooth with the closing on this house. We move from out of state and Dawn made us feel so comfortable from the start. She walked us through the different options we had and took the time to listen and answer our questions. There is no one else we will work with when it’s time for the 9th home purchase.
This is our second time using Dawn and she paved the way. She did some research ahead as we had a situation with the va and she put us in perfect position.
