They do not have sufficient handicap accessible bathrooms. The rooms are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair/walker, but the bathrooms in 99% of the suites are not large enough and they don't have handheld showers. They offered toilet seat risers and shower chair, but I had to use a bowl to dip water to bath my 96-year-old mother. I had booked through a third party website, it showed that there was a handicap accessible room available for the length of time we were there, but when I checked in I was told that they only ... read more

We understand the need for more handicap accessible rooms, especially in "Med City" however when this hotel was built as a value place they catered more to long term guests than Mayo Clinic patients. Here at Days Inn we do our best to accommodate everyone equally and if you have any ideas that would make staying in our establishment easier, we would love to hear your ideas. I take my guests input very seriously and want to keep all of our guests equally happy.
We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn and we give this hotel a 5 star rating for being clean, nice room with full kitchen at an affordable price. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Also a great breakfast and nice seating area included.

Hot,dirty,leaky,lame Bed old and stiff as rocks, toilet water bowl full of rust,kitchen sink leaks under handle when using,had a razor blade under the stove burner in plain sight, air conditioner was set to power save mode to stay off at night as much as possible and only cool to 67 but would kick off and room stayed hot we had to buy a fan, cable has no menu channel you just have to flip all night,front desk workers where not helpful and rude, stayed for 10 days and sheets and bedding only got changed 1 time, only reason we... read more
Spotless, very comfortable, quiet, clean air filters and convenient.
I stayed there two nights. First night was fine. The second morning went to take a shower and there was no water pressure. Then the water would come on and off. The breakfast was a good start to my day. I would stay there again as long as it was just me again. I would not want my kids to deal with the water issue.

Restful We like staying there because it is comfortable and has kitchen facilities. We go there when we have doctor appts. at Mayo Clinic. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet. The breakfast is good with a nice variety.
