It met my expectations. It was clean and had a breakfast.
Desk personnel was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean but very small. Breakfast was not good.
Convenient location, and very easy access, plenty of parking, good breakfast
Always great service and small details like having coffee/tea available 24/7, very good breakfast and super shuttle service keep me coming back
Access was easy; Shuttle Service to St. Mary's hospital was on time - staff failed to fully explain it stopped at several other hotels on the way in, thereby making me late for my medical appt. I would have taken a lyft ride had I been fully informed how the shuttle operated.
Nice facility, clean, quiet. Nice facility, clean, quiet. Good morning breakfast. Excellent shuttle service to get to and from Mayo Clinic. Room with kitchenette and full size frig and microwave was very nice and extremely handy for longer stay. Good WiFi. Would stay there again.
Quiet and convenient to shopping and dining, plus plenty of parking. Staff is always accommodating.

From the outside, this hotel looks presentable and typical. The trash containers at each of the 2 main entrances were full and stuffed with cigarette butts upon arrival. The staff was friendly. The rooms show their wear. The walls are PAPER THIN - you can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and adjoining rooms. The shuttle to and from Mayo Clinic is a great add, and assumedly why the place was full for my entire stay.
