Each of the staff members were very courtious and professional! They were also accommodating when our schedule was changed requiring a reservation change. The facility was clean and very well maintained. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette (full size cooktop, large microwave, full-size refrigerator-freezer, full-size sink and countertop.), yet we had ample space throughout the room. Good price and friendly staff! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a full size fridge, microwave and a small cook stove & kitchen sink. Those items would make an extended stay perfect so you can cook your own food and not have the extra expense of dining out all the time. They have a shuttle to take you to different places including the Mayo clinic. The only complaint was the bed wasn't the most comfortable. IT WORKS THRU PLANNING It was very nice, thru no fault of Days Inn, we were unable to drive to our appointment, so we had to take the Shuttle, which wasn't bad but had to keep in mind to be at a certain place on time or you wait another hour. This is of course, due to the fault of the city not being able to provide public parking.

Yes Rochester is not the easiest place to find parking during this time of the year, however, I am happy top hear that the shuttle service worked out for you during your stay.
The bed was extremely firm, there was dog hair on the comforter, and there is never anyone at the front desk.
Breakfast, good location and friendly staff. Daily house cleaning.
Love daily breakfast! And availability of coffee 24 hours a day.
