Buying our first house in San Francisco was a very intimidating experience. Different rules apply than other markets and you have to move fast. Dean and his staff were very responsive to make sure the mortgage side was squared away. Our agent and Dean made a great team and worked hard to get us our dream house within our budget. Dean Rizzi pulled off the impossible for us several years ago when we bought our first place (0% down on a live/work loft) - no one could believe it! It was just unheard of that those loans could happen - but he had no trouble with it and the loan wasn't an outrageous rate either. Pretty useless. Came to him looking for a quick turnaround. He referred me to his assistant that was on vacation for a week. His automatic income verification system never worked. Could not be bothered to log into his own system and see the status of my application.
