Dean & his team helped us with a recent San Francisco condo conversion refinance & we feel lucky to have found him! Professional, prompt & friendly service. They got us the best rate out there & were even able to lock our rate for 30 days longer then the other (highly rated) loan provider we were talking with. I have worked with Dean Rizzi and team for nearly 15 years. The Dean Team provides exceptional and prompt service and goes out of their way to facilitate a smooth process. The online document portal makes uploading and signing documents very convenient. We just completed a refinance and once again were completely satisfied with their services. I will definitely work with Dean again in the future for any loan needs. It's not easy to find a good mortgage broker and I can wholeheartedly recommend Dean.
