A+++ would refinance again and again. If I didn't have such a great rate already. Dean's team is phenomenal. They have assisted me thru multiple offers, changing loan scenarios, dropping rates, rising rates, FHA loan building approval, my bailing at the last minute due an unforeseen issue, and then trying again later. Dean and his team at Guarantee Mortgage helped us secure our initial loan (a sweet 80/10/10 deal) and then helped us refinance our home - twice - over the past ten years. Dean is great to work with and his group truly has an inside track on great lenders and rates. We wouldn't work with anybody but Dean on our loans. We have purchased 3 homes and done multiple refinances with Dean over the last decade or so. Most recently, we purchased a home in the ultra-hot Cupertino market. Homes there are still getting from 5-20 offers, so it's important to be competitive on all aspects of the offer, not just price. I have used several different mortgage brokers on several different transactions over the years. I would never, ever, use any of them again, except Dean Rizzi. In fact, now I would never use anyone else. So, Dean, you cannot retire until after I do. Dean did what other banks said could not be done. Due to recent economic situation I found myself in a pickle housing wise, my own bank would not refi; or modify, after working with Dean, Chance, Shawn and the gang for almost 8 months they finally pulled it off, RE-FI and I get to keep my house .
