The hotel and rooms are very nice! The staff was wonderful, especially in The Sociale. We stayed two nights while traveling from Maine to Michigan and I left a very important item. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful in locating it and keeping it safe until we can back through at the end of the week. We decided to stay again on the way back to Maine because they had been so nice.

OK place to spend one night This Hotel was just OK and nothing special .. our check in was delayed.. our room was dated but clean and comfy. We had very noisy “ neighbors” which security was called to quiet down.. the dining options and food were just “OK “ also. Table Games close at 3 am and re open at 8 am The entire staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice facility but severely understaffed. Cleaning - especially the shower - clearly wasn't a priority. Overpriced
