Nice convenient place to stay. Room was very nice. Toilet has a issue that the water would not stop running without jiggling the handle. Which I reported.

First time traveling there instead of using my Marriott points for a normal hotel stay. Wow, place was fantastic in so many ways. Affordable which was awesome, very well-kept rooms, amenities, and while we aren't gamblers we enjoyed the casino as well as the food options.

The room was really lovely, but that is the only good thing I have to say. The staff were marginal. The spa was only open on weekends as were the decent restaurants. The only restaurants open were those serving fast food, and that took over 30 minutes to serve up.

Lots of things advertised on the hotels website are no longer standard operating procedure or shut down. There is no buffet, no Rainforest Cafe, and lots of table games were closed. The spa is o ly opened on the weekend. We wanted to book a couples massage but there were no timeslots available, they were booked solid for the whole weekend. Couldnt even get a couple of pedicures. There was only one store open where you can buy a logo'd vest for $125 among other unnecessities. Pretty disappointed by this, but not all businesse... read more
