Staff promptly handled our leaky toilet issue quickly, fairly, and professionally. Things break due to wear and tear and is uncontrollable so it was no fault of the hotel with the toilet.

All in all it was good value for a room. Many different dining options, food is very good. Beds are very comfy & rooms clean Staff is friendly & helpful. Staff wouldnt match online price , sobit was cheaper to book thru 3rd party! Odd i thought. Also the automatic revolving door ia still out of order after 4 months! Would recommend & will stay again.

The spa was amazing, bed were comfortable, the lower key dining option was much better than the expensive portico restaurant. We didn’t want to come home!
