The living room carpet in the suite was very dirty. They also need to refill the shampoo dispenser - no product left. Otherwise, a very nice place, the staff were wonderful!!

Enjoyed del Lago Great location right off Thruway. Well appointed room with fantastic rain shower. No a fan of sliding barn doors to the bath. Despite prepaying in advance, we still wound up on top floor as far from lobby (and elevator) as possible.
Would like to see more. Options for dinner - only had a food court & one very expensive restaurant.
