No BS Very smooth, open, fast and fair deal. Got exactly the car I wanted, a great price on a trade in, and a better than expected overall deal. Delivery of the car was easy with no surprises. This dealership will be first on my list when looking for a car again.
Straightforward My lease was about to expire and I got a mailer from Delray Acura with a deal on the newer model of the MDX. It seemed to be too good to be true, and so I expected in the end it would cost a lot more than it said once we got down to the numbers. Smoothest car purchase ever! Vehicle was delivered as promised. On time, car detailed, all paperwork completed prior to our arrival. This was our second purchase from Delray Acura and will be back again. By far the best experience we have had at any dealership!
Happy customer I purchased a 2015 TLX from Bill Mitchell. He is very knowledgeable about the Acura products and can explain all the technology the car is equipped with in a way that is easy to understand. There was no pressure as I was ready to make a purchase. The only negatives I can think of for this dealership is: I would like a quicker call back to phone messages from service and Bill. Amazing Had a great experience at Delray acura. The salesman was a very nice man. What I liked the most was that he really knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars, a very knowledgeable person. He really helped me out making the decision on wich car to buy. Easiest car I ever bought We met Ron Hirsh in November when I stopped in to see the new Acura. Although I was not ready to buy, Ron was professional and encouraged my wife and I to look at the cars and offered a test drive. I again stated that I was not ready to buy anything until late spring.
