Easiest Experience buying a car ever. I visited this Dealership a month ago to test drive the Acura MDX. I left that night thinking about how nice and non pushy the salesman was. Truthfully, it is what brought me back there today. Norm is great human being. I have never had a deal go so smooth and I am sure he got me on price a little as I was shocked I didn't really fight too hard. Bill Mitchell is knowledgeable and professional. Bill Mitchell was a pleasure to deal with. If my husband and I had only dealt with him, our overall experience would have been a 5. We were leased an MDX, and wished to turn in our RDX after purchasing our previous lease. A 2011 RDX that had a mere 22,000 miles, 4 brand new tires less than 2 months old, and a brand new battery less than 2weeks old. Amazing car and amazing service We love our Acura TLX and Richard Stern was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so nice and helpful and definitely lives up to his reputation.
