Phil Jablon was our salesperson. He did an excellent job! We walked into the dealership ready to buy..Phil Jablon came up introduced himself and did a great job selling us a car! He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient! He made the whole process a pleasure! The dealership was clean and friendly.
Travis/Norm Tag Team I visited the dealership today uncertain if I would find a suitable vehicle. I was greeted by Norm Chalphin who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He was extremely patient while I test drove several cars. I was completely surprised when the Hyundai Genesis felt right. Purchase/Lease of a new Acura RDX Excellent service and attention to details and personal needs from Ron Hirsch and from the Internet Sales Dept. Keep up the good job. Great Experience I had a great experience buying my new Acura with the help of Liam McGrady. He was courteous, respectful and professional. There was no pressure and they gave me a great deal on my trade-in. I would recommend this dealership highly.
Very efficient and pleasant buying experience I walked out of West Palm Acura because they still play the back and forth game with manager, where in Delray I got all the info over the phone and when I got there they delivered on everything we discussed, appraised my car, I signeed the papers and drove home with a new car. They operate as the buying experience should be. Ron knew everything about the cars and made is completely no pressure but ratter informational sell. I will be buying my next car from Ron.
