new lease Brought my acura RDX in for a service visit. While there the dealer suggested looking at getting into a new lease on a newer RDX. And we made a deal and I drove out with a 36 month lease on a new 2015 RDX
customer service is important to me Customer service is very important to me. Delray Acura will always be at the top of my list for service. Courteous and friendly and always fair. I was in and out in a timely fashion.
Norm was great to work with and I love my new MDX Although there were a few bumps along the way (filled out the wrong finance form initially and left with an empty tank of gas) during my evening at Delray Acura when I leased my MDX, I can safely say that Norm was a class act and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond and couldn't have been any nicer. I came back the next weekend and he filled up my gas tank for me. I would definitely lease from him again.
Service has come a long way Every winter i come to Delray from NY. The first thing i do is get my car serviced. This was the first time i came to Delray acura to have an oil change on my TL. Pleasant experience. It is a 00 and has over 100000 miles on it. The wait was not too bad and price was ok. Will be back next winter when i come down.
best experience I recently purchased a 2015 acura tlx from Richard stern at delray acura.richard made the experience amazing from start to finish.he treated me like gold during the whole process including set up my Bluetooth and teaching me the navigation and all of the other features.it was pouring when my new car was ready but Richard put the car under the roof at the front of the dealership.i could not imagine a better experience buying a new car!
Easy and Professional Sale Phil Jablon was great - my wife needed a new lease and we stopped by to see the Acura NDX. Phil was professional and courteous and made us a deal we could not turn down. They had the color we wanted and what was great was Phil also handled all of the paperwork. It was the easiest sale we have ever had. And so far we love the NDX.
Great salesman This is the second Acura I leased from Bill Mitchell and I'll lease from him again. Bill is professional, knowledgeable and courteous, a true gem. His manager, however, did not measure up to those standards and almost cost Bill my deal. Thanks to Bill and the finance manager David Wilde, I was put at ease and am enjoying my new Acura MDX.
