No Stress Car Shopping Our experience was outstanding. We applaud Costco and Delray Honda for making leasing of our 2018 Honda CRV so easy, expedient and pleasurable. We were astounded that we drove away with a new car after 3 hours and everything was taken care of by the dealer, including our insurance and tags. Zack spent much time with us explaining the many new and exciting features of our new SUV.
First time Honda Owner This is my first Honda I ever owned. I leased a Chevy for the last few years and was not happy so I decided to look into a Honda and see what all the hoopla was about!! AMAZING From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lucy my sales person knew her products and was kind and respectful. JIM the sales manager was polite and honest and I came away from the experience feeling good about the price. Jon in finance was also all of the above and then some. Great Experience It was great to work with Carlos. I told him what I needed and he made it happen. He took care of everything ahead of time so that I didn’t have to be at the dealership too long. I would strongly recommend Carlos and Delray Honda for anyone that needs a new car.
Excellent customer service Delray Honda is a very clean, well-managed professional dealership. Isai Perez was efficient and knowledgeable; polite and very customer oriented. He explained what needed to be done , the costs involved and the timeline for the needed maintenance. Very courteous.
