Well now, that wasn't so bad at all! Buying a car is almost always an extremely stressful experience. I expected nothing less this time around. Great Customer Support First of all, I hate the car buying process, and avoided it buy keeping my old vehicle of 10 years. However, my overall experience with Delray Honda was painless. I Loved my sales man, Cristhian H. He knew all about the vehicle and was very patient with us in the negotiating process as we were in talks with another dealer in the area. Dustin listened to me. Last time my car was totaled, it took me 6 weeks to find another. The day I bought my first Honda, I had just started looking that day. It was the 3rd dealership I went to. Dustin really listened to what I said. When we were ready to leave he asked us to look at one more car, he was sure I would like. I loved it & went home to get my checkbook. Car was full of gas & immaculate when we returned.
Worth The Drive I drove up here from South Dade and it was worth the drive. I originally contacted Delray Honda only because I was referred there from the Costco Program. I am glad I did because the entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. No sales pressure or deceptive practices. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
