Excellent Service My Service Consultant Kathleen Willis did an outstanding job providing me the best service that would be possible. I had battery problems and she took control of the situation and resolved the problem in an efficient and timely manner. The experience was excellent especially having the service performed is not one of my exciting experiences. Would highly recommend the Service Department of this Honda dealership.
I’ve been convinced, not easily done I can’t explain in words, the difference between the car dealers here in NY and Delray Honda in Florida. I will never buy another vehicle up here in NY, it will be a road trip down to your place and enjoy the drive back. In NY, the dealers don’t make you feel special, they act like they’re doing you a favor. It was a smooth experience! It was a good and fast process of leasing 2017 Honda CRV through Mario. Both Mario and Junior were kind enough to educate me as I am a first time driver and my experience was really good! He made sure I drive home safely in the new SUV at night.
