Edit Please I did my review and everything I said was true I highly recommend this dealership. This is something I never do but there I felt comfortable wanted and welcomed. They even have a Department to find you the best insurence for your car and to save you money. It’s set up well and managed with a very good business plan. Perfect Experience leasing from this dealership was excellent. We worked with Sal Pilato and he was fantastic, very patient, respectful, we did not feel pressured. He is the best! Alex Gladunov helped us a lot during the financial part. My mother loves her new leased car. We are definitely coming back to this dealership for another vehicle.
Two recalls They had my car waiting for me with the door open! I am very impressed by this dealership. Personal service, no gimmicks on the recall and well Organized. Made my experience easy and even enjoyable. Mike Harris and his crew were just delightful.
Great Service and not pushy I worked with Hung Dinh and I had a fantastic experience. He was knowledgable and also patient. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision while working with him. He also continued to work with me after my purchase to make sure I had everything I needed and wanted.
Very courteous I loved that you had the car I asked about waiting for me in the front. I got to test drive it which in other dealers I was told I could not test drive the SI until I was ready to buy. The Financial advisor was quick and to the point. My salesperson Lucy was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing and it’s more on the Honda side of things not your operations or sales.
