Professional and stress-free Buying a new car can be stressful and time consuming. The staff at Delray Honda made my experience easy and stress- free. Thomas Arena, my salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions and demonstrated the features of the Accord in a professional manner. Once our decision was made to purchase the Accord, the process was completed in a very timely manner and we drove away in our new Accord feeling very satisfied with the whole experience.
Recommended I am a repeat Honda customer. This was my first experience with Delray Honda. The customer service from Carlos Orejuela was excellent. He was wonderful and I am looking forward to service appointments at Delray Honda. Hoping that the service department is as good as the sales experience.

Very professional service My car was in the garage and would not start. Called Honda because I had a recall fix appointment next day. They gave me great advice. I called the tow service that was recommended. They came, got my car out and towed to dealership. I was updated several times and I received a complimentary ride to the dealership to pick up my car. So happy I've been buying/leasing vehicles for the past 28 years and I'll tell you Jason and Shane were fantastic. I was so happy with the way they handled our lease. I won't be going anywhere else.
