Really fast and thorough, on time maybe a bit early..friendly..sensitive to your insecurities..
The care offered was exemplary! From the administration at the reception area, assistants and the doctor, everyone acted respectful, were very considerate of my care needs and graceful in hearing my financial needs as a cash payer. Their listening skills are great which makes their method of care even greater. I highly recommend this care center for your dental needs. Everyone was very polite and made my visit enjoyable.
The dentist did not spend much time with me. He didn’t give me any options or go into any detail about what I needed to have done. The front desk staff weren’t the friendliest but the dental hygienist was excellent.
I really liked Dr. Ross which I met today for the first time. We have been going to this practice under a different name for about 30 years. We were not impressed with the previous dentists until today. Love our dental hygienist Jeannie. Thank you!!
Friendly staff. Cleaning and X-rays were quick and efficient. Minimum wait for scheduled appointment. Dental exam was thorough and findings were carefully explained and questions answered. Appointment for dental work went well with extra care given to make me comfortable during a long procedure.
